Hey guys, I've got big problem.

I've installed MSN on Win7 RC, everything went fine but after I log in it logs me off in 15 seconds! I have no idea what to do. I tried older versions of MSN, I tried to change MSN options and compatibility, but nothing works.
Please if you have any ideas help me.

Cheers

Hello and welcome to Seven Forums. I will be your helper for this evening. =P

A few questions regarding your issue;

1. Is it exactly 15 seconds every time?
2. Do you have any firewalls installed (other then Windows Firewall which comes with it)?
3. Did you get the latest version of Windows Live Messenger from Essentials - Windows Live

You could also tell us more about your setup. Whats the network like? do you have a router, cable, and some pc's hooked up? things like that would help

Thanks in advance and welcome

I have one pc hooked up but on XP MSN worked fine, it's about 15 seconds i didn't count but I think it's the same time every time. I have my Win firewall turned off and Norton 360 anti-vir installed on system and of course I've got the newest version of MSN (I tried with olders aswell)

Can you try turning off Norton 360, restarting and try MSN again?

Hmm.. That is strange, have you had issues with any other Windows Live software?

If you do not mind trying this, you could reinstall Windows 7 and see if that fixes your problem.
