newest 64 bit 7 build

I have 7232 x64 dl'ed already...can I upgrade install from 7100 x64? Anyone do it already?

Clean installs are always suggested. Reason being, the upgrade process could mess something up and cause future problems.

Easier to do a clean install too, and quicker.

I've done several upgrade installs that have worked extremely well. The only thing I had to do was reinstall Eset AV and Comodo Firewall and make some adjustments to my mouse software's settings. Saved me several days of installing apps and stuff. I still would do a clean install of the final RTM version, however, but for these intermediate builds that aren't going to be on my machine that long, it's definitely not worth it to me to do a clean install each time.

Yeah, I reckon I'll do an upgrade. My up from vista x64 went flawlessly and even loaded the two new drivers for my vid and sound card automatically that I had left on my desktop.

I'd like a link to the latest x64 build too, please. Specifically, the latest one WITHOUT SP1.

There are no Service Packs for unreleased OS's my friend, W7 will not see an SP until at least 2010 sometime.

You could upgrade but I strongly recommend a clean install to ensure all goes smoothly.

Yeah, I was afraid you were going to say that. Maybe I will just wait until it comes out on retail and then I won't have to worry about it. There probably isn't a SIGNIFICANT difference from 7100 to 72xx any way...
