Zonealarm Firewall or Comodo firewall? (Free)

Which is better? I remember using comodo in the past and it was too strong. But I hope they fixed that. I also used zonealarm b4 but forgot how it was.

ZoneAlarm has been reported to not play well with Windows 7 so you may want to steer clear of it.

Just one more thing
Zone has caused many BSODs. If you dont know what that is, believe you are better off.

In terms of free, Comodo is better. You can turn off the additional levels of security and use it as a firewall only.

Comodo's Internet Security has gotten easier to use. Fewer popups.

I have been using comodo forever, and it has gotten better. Comodo firewall = windows firewall > Zone alarm

Never used ZA but Comodo with D+ is strong enough to use all by itself.

+1. The Windows firewall on Win7 is great ! I use Windows7FirewallControl : Sphinx Software as a means of controlling the firewall.
