recent & frequent BSOD's. info attached

- the original installed OS on the system was 32 Bit Vista
- full retail version?
- What is the age of system (hardware)? 4 years
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) 2 years

My guess is RAM, as it only seems to happen when RAM usage is up... but I'm really not sure at this stage.

Any help would be appreciated, this is driving me nuts!

Virtually identical and Related to USB2.0 PC Camera. I would re-install with newest driver.

I've just reinstalled the driver, hopefully it will resolve the problem.
BTW, where did you find that it's related to the webcam?
