I have recently built myself a new PC, i have my OS running from a RAID 0 array, i am aware that these are unstable at times but whats happening doesnt seem to add up in terms of the drives failing. I looked through my event viewer log and found the following :

eventlog.png

Does this seem correct, i have tried to re install windows several ti9mes but the problem keeps occuring, i really cannot work properly on the system if it keeps happening, but would like to try and find the problem myself rather than just send it away to be repaired. Thx in advance for any help given JOhn

i did some research and found that the error 41 may be hardware related... can someone point me in the direction of how i need to go about testing my system to find out if this is the case thx.

No dumps were collected by the jcgriff2 tool, dumps may have been deleted. Did you run any system cleaners(such as Ccleaner) after the crash?
If so wait for the computer to crash and re-upload the file :)

in my setup of the system, i followed this guide on SSD drive setup :

Solid State Drive (SSD) Tweaks for Windows 7 - Computing.Net

In there it recommends to disable page file creation which is why i had it turned off. Anyway i have now a few options for setting up my paging file for BSOD. Is it best to go with "Automatically manage paging file size for all drives" option here, or should i use a custom setting?

For the custom setting i have 8GB of RAM so if i set it up a max size of (1024x8)+1MB that would seem to make sense, although i was unsure about what i should setup the inital size to?

anyway i have my system set to automatic page file creation will this be sufficent to capture my BSOD dump if it occurs again?

havent had a crash now for over 24 hours, so am hoping that the system may have just stablised after being run in (or is this not possible?)

well i have paid for my system to be tested by the local computer guy, he says he ran it using burn in tests for 5 days, and tested all the hardware inside and it was all fine, not one error or crash. So i brought it home, first of all windows started freezing up for no apparent reason when i logged on or played media files and was generally very slow, but the kernal error didnt occur. So hoping that a clean re install (around the 10th one i have had to perform) may solve the problem i went ahead and wiped all my boot drives / reinstalled windows, it ran like a dream for the first 24 hours, but now its BSOD happens again for no apparent reason, i have only installed 5 basic programs on the thing, the very least i can get away with.

heres the description from event viewer:
