BSOD- New Laptop 3 days Old Please Help.

Hi, I am Kinda New Blonde when it comes to the Technical things So Please Be Patient But I am getting A Blue Screen Continuously For no Apparent Reason. Here Is the Error Report Upon Reboot,

Ok Maybe I posted Something Wrong I'm Not Getting Anyone To View This LOL!
But Fyi Computer Just Did Updates And Rebooted Not Sure If I neeD To Attach Some More Stuff.

OK I think I just Recreated the Problem Over And Over, This seems to Happen when Opening New Browser Tabs (Using google Chrome) But It has Happened on IE.

Some A600 USB Modem device driver is the cause, the old ATMFMdm.sys it uses is the faulting driver. That device your have its driver updated or remove it from your laptop

Thanks But I have No Clue what That is , Could that But I am Assuming it has to be the "cricket Broadband" Modem Cause it is the only Thing Connected to the USB Port, And Also, This is the Second Computer i returned the first one and Still had the same Issue. Its not the laptop the fault here but rather an old piece of hardware
