Unable to setup MCE with Starchoice.

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to setup a HTPC with Windows 7 Build 7100 RC.
The issue I'm facing is that I can't select Starchoice from the list of Satelite providers in my area, it only shows Bell and Shaw.

I've selected Set top box, "Satelite reciever", and put in all my postal code information. Still no Starchoice option.
I've set this up many times before with Vista, with no headaches.

Any help would be great.

Welcome monnewbie to SF.
A few quick things here. First can you fill out your system specs for us and what type of card are you using?
Second have you done all the windows updates?

It's my Fathers computer.... So lets see if I can remember the specs;

Q6600 (Stock clocked)
4 GB of Ram (don't know the model)
Mobo = ?, Can't remember chipset (G33 I believe).
8500Gt
ViXs Pure TV-U 48B0 Tuner card.

Windows updates have been done + optional ones for hardware etc.

Have you tried using the Shaw option? I ask because Star Choice has officially changed their name to Shaw Direct, and MCE may be reflecting this change.
