Boot Degradation always when i start my PC and Also BSOD issue

Hi,

I get the boot degradation error in three types when i start my PC.

At the same time i have blue screen(BSOD) issue also.

Below is the error message,

It is a BLUE Screen issue i am not sure of death i.e. OD.
