120 days that's good though, better than the current 30 days with 7264.

I'm sure I will get a key from work for testing, but only for work.

you can use every win7 build for up to 120 days with the rearm command.
as long as they are not expired beyond their dates...

Its really weird but the latest version of 7 we have available for download is 7229 directly through Microsoft Connect.

guess it depends on your partner status etc. different partners / vendors / oems get access to different builds...like the last build 7264 was only available to the top 18 partners.

that kinda was latest version for TAP. 7264 was just for top oem partners i think, like dell, asus, hp etc. I assume mostly to test oem certificates and activation.

after 7264 i wanted to get bottom of this so, one is blamed in windows live toolbar/win7 compatiblity (coockies gets reseted, when live toolbar needs more then a sec to log on), so this hopefuly will be fixed in wave4. Second one is, memory leak when using mic with ventrilo. After few hours audio system in Win7 reaches like 1GB of memory usage.... However here i have no idea who is to blame, Creative for X-Fi drivers (they released driver that suppose to support win7 fully ~2 weeks ago) or MS when they broke this thing around build ~7068. I know this is fixable on driver side probably, since other soundcards doesnt have this problem, so eventualy i can just whine to Creative.... but their support....

hmm I'm surprised creative actually released drivers for windows 7.. didn't they even skip making drivers for vista and had a 3rd party do it for them? I used to like creative, when I got my Sound Blaster 16 back in the day, but now they seem to be really behind with the drivers... just don't want to make them or improve them, I guess success can drive you blind..
