BSOD then computer turns on

Hello. I have a little problem i get bsod after show "welcome" screen. It happens some times but little annoyng.

Im using Windows 7 64bit Ultimate edition.

Asus ATK0110 ACPI Utility (a known BSOD maker in Win7). Also a part of the Asus PCProbe and AISuite Utilities

ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download

Uninstall nvidia [/FONT][FONT=&quot]software\driver[/FONT],restart.
[FONT=&quot]
Install the new ati software\driver,[/FONT]restart.
[FONT=&quot]
Update [/FONT][FONT=&quot][FONT=&quot]DirectX [/FONT][/FONT][FONT=&quot]


Run the [/FONT][FONT=&quot][FONT=&quot]nvidia-video-card-test[/FONT][/FONT][FONT=&quot]


Finish and post back the results.

Nvidia drivers: reinstalled to newest (not beta)
Directx: Updated

Bsod on windows startup. I saw welcome screen and then pc freeze and black screen. And no pc reboot.
