BSODs every day ntoskrnl.exe -> BTHUSB.sys IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL 0x00

I bought a new ASUS G74S laptop a few months ago and have been putting up with about a BSOD per day on average. I'm finally getting off my lazy *** to investigate. Even though it would BSOD it would never create a mini-dump file. I am able to use verifier.exe to recreate the BSOD and the minidump file. I selected all drivers except the Microsoft Corporation drivers. Usually my machine boots up in around 5 seconds (primary drive is Vertex 3 SSD). With driver verifier running it took about 5 minutes showing the windows 7 logo and then it BSOD. This time it created a mini-dump file, which I have attached. Please help! Thank you so much!

I tried to create a perfmon report, but it keeps timing out, so I never get the report.

Also, I attached the results of a bluescreenviewer.

Win 7 SP1 x64 Ultimate Full Retail. - the original installed OS on the system? Win 7 Home Premium - What is the age of system (hardware)? 3 months - What is the age of OS installation? 3 months, reformatted entire machine once I got it and put retail OS on.

Hi.

Update the software\driver for Realtek HiDefinition Audio driver (file labelled as Creative Audio Driver)

Realtek

If you have any Bluetooth device connected unplug it and also uninstall the Bluetooth software\driver.

Finish and post back.

OK. I updated the HD audio driver. I also removed any bluetooth software. I also went into device manager and uninstalled all bluetooth related devices. The one issue I had, was that I wasn't allowed to remove intel proset wireless software for bluetooth technology. I attached screenshot. I wonder if this is really installed, however.

I have the same problem as well, I just got the laptop, and seems like the BSOD is very random.

Try to reinstall the driver in Safemode

I called Asus last nite, they said to do a system recovery. I did and the problem didnt go away. I called them back, and they said it's most likely a hardware problem. so I'm going to return my laptop and get a new one.

Woke up to a BSOD this morning, but it failed to create a minidump. I took a photo of it, I hope that's helpful until I can try to reproduce it with verifier.exe.

Thanks.

I wasn't using either of those programs. But I am using SonicWall VPN client. I need this because of my work. For now I uninstalled SonicWall and updated my realtek drivers. I also submitted an email to citrix (producer of dnex64.sys), with my dump. I'll have to reinstall sonicwall very soon :(.
