Hi all,
I'm usually pretty cluey with most tech things but this one has me stumped!
I have just built a new PC (so a fresh install) but it BSOD's at shutdown every single time! This happens right after it is about to turn off, so after the logout. Happens even if I reboot or turn off from login screen.
I've tried unplugging/removing various bits of hardware and all usb devices: no luck
Software Specs:
HardwareSpecs:
This is really quite annoying! Any idea guys?
Thanks kindly.
M.
FIXED - How I fixed this issue DETAILS:
1. Go here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/libusb-win32/files/libusb-win32-releases/1.2.5.0/
2. Extract libusb-win32-bin-1.2.4.9 > BIN > AMD64 > libusb0.sys and libusb0.dll
3. Place libusb0.sys in c:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers
4. Place libusb0.dll in c:\WINDOWS\system32
5. Restart (It will bsod the first restart as the old drivers are loaded) Restart again and test
Thanks to zigzag3143 for the assistance! Rep'd
