How to save the installation file for german language pack ?

Hi all !

I am running windows 7 SP1

I want to download the german language pack, which is being offered in windows update.

But i want to save and have the installlation file of it, so that after reinstalling windows, will not have to dowanload it again.

Are there any ways ?

Thanks, but in this page, it has beeb also said to doawnload the german package, via Windows update, and such as other languages there is no download link !
