Net Framework won't work

I'm not sure if this is the place to post this problem. My Net Framework 4 installation is messed up. Every time I Boot up I get a message stating that setup needs to repair netframework 4. I had to hide 3 NET updates because they continually fail. I cannot uninstall any of the Netframework updates listed in windows Add Remove Programs. I get a message stating Product Does Not Apply. I should mention its Win7 Ultimate x64

The fault you described was fixed on my desktop pc after doing as in my pdf. I never knew it was faulty till then, it was just freezing now and again without me even using my pc. Repair to complete took 2 hours approx. View attachment Win7's Non-destructive Install..pdf
