Import contact persons to Outlook 2010

I have formatted my HD and installed office 2010.
Before formatting I exported my contact persons (Outlook 2003) to a pst file, and now I try to import them to my new Outlook, but no matter what I do, nothing happens.
I'd really appreciate if someone could tell me exactly how to do it.

I don't have a line with Comma Separated Values
I have semicolon separated and tab separated

And when I exported from 2003, it created only pst files.....

And after I installed this ex- and import programme, I have not seen anything of it??

Since you exported them as a PST file, then at step 5 select the Outlook Data File (PST) option instead to select the PST to import it.
