Hi, I just found this website, seem you guys kind of specialize in solving the kind of problem I'm having.

Since I've built my computer I've been getting the occasional BSOD, sometimes I get it weeks apart and sometimes multiple times in the day. It's starting to frustrate me, and I really want to narrow it down now.

The error code thing is almost always 0xF4, I've also noticed that it occurs far more frequently when either Divx or Flash is running at the same time (sometimes just Divx). Usually when I'm watching a tv show on divx, I'll be playing a flash game on the side and that seems to trigger the BSOD. I've never had a bsod playing BF3/Skyrim/League of Legends, but I've had it many times when running divx and flash together or just surfing the net. Often before the error maybe 70% of the time I get either one or multiple message saying my AMD drivers have stopped and recovered it doesn't say which driver though, basically the screen will black out and show up again sometimes there will be an audio stutter if there is any audio playing. 100% after I start up though, It says I have no bootable disk in. Where I would have to shut down my computer for maybe 20 seconds and then start up again for it to work properly. Before the actual BSOD, all the processes will pretty much hang. I'll have some control with my mouse and keyboard, but I won't really be able to do anything. I can't close or open anything, and I can't get the task manager open. Anywhere from 1s~15s later I'll get the actual BSOD, where the above happens.

I've posted this on elsewhere, I'm not really sure what I should do or how to solve the problem. I've download the windbg thing but can't find it after installing it, I've also installed bluescreenviewer but no idea what to look for. Hopefully you guys can help narrow/solve this problem.

System Info:
- Windows 7 64 bit Home premium
- I have crossfired HD 6950's and running an eyefinity setup with 3 monitors 21.5"
- Built the system in August 2011, all parts ordered same time and installed OS at same time.
- The OCZ drive is known for being buggy at times, but I'm not sure if the BSOD is from that.

Blamed on csrss.exe and dependent on the location can be a valid OS file, or malware.

I suggest you download and run Malwarebytes just to be sure.

Malwarebytes : Download free malware, virus and spyware tools to get your computer back in shape!

I do have malwarebytes, and it came up blank last I checked. (Last night)

I have 2 csrss.exe's, both in the system32 folder. Both only show up when I have the "Show processes from all users" otherwise normally I see only one.

Since the crashes are so consistent in pointing to it and since you already have sp-1 installed you may have to do a repair install to repair the file.
