1) Remove HDD 1:WDC WD500AA, in your screenshot 7.
2) Make the DVD/CD Drive is first boot.

It says "capable" next to EFI Bios in that second pic. I don't know if that means it is in fact UEFI.

3) Clean the HD Drive, using Step one in this tutorial:

Theog where does it say in BIOS that EFI is enabled? I am not seeing it.

What I do see is SATA config which should be set to AHCI to try install.

I also see 8gb of RAM which might need to have all but 2gb removed to try install.

In some BIOS's there is no option to disable or enable.
But 32 bit will disable uEFI BIOS.
64 bit but will enable.

It's 2x4GB, the minimum is 4, unless I buy an individual 2GB stick.

It's possible since you have matching HD's they are configured in a RAID which could be the problem. Check what the SATA setting is. You want AHCI with one HD to try install.

If you don't have and cannot get a screwdriver, that likely means you cannot open the case and therefore cannot disconnect a drive.

Those are thumbscrews. If you feel like it unscrew them, unplug PC, hold power button to drain power, open door, study cables to HD and unplug one's cable. What's important inside a case is to never touch electronics without first touching the case, avoid touching the mobo at all.

Otherwise look for the setting in BIOS setup to disable one HD if at all possible.

Set SATA controller to AHCI.

Wipe HD with Diskpart Clean Command: SSD - HDD Optimize for Windows Reinstallation

After Cleaning, close Command Box, select Install Now, Custom Install, use Drive Options to create New 100gb partition, format, click Next. Report back what happens including verbatim error message.

If you see a series of them, most likely they control access to the case---removing them would let you remove at least one of the case's side covers and expose the innards.

You should certainly be able to get in the case by undoing them--if that is what you want to do.
