pc froze and now running good after chkdsk

pc froze up yesterday and kept getting stuck at windows logo but i finally got in
safe mode ran scans with 3-4 virus programs nothing then i rebooted and ran check disk and it toke 2 hours to check and repair and now everything seems ok but i just want to make sure everything is fine any suggestions?
i ran Hot CPU Tester to test my mobo and cpu cant really read the results so i posted a log

im thinking it was due to some hdd problem because when i rebooted it asked if i want to start normally or repair i hit repair and it said that its repairing some hdd issue thats before i got in safe mode the check disk might of fixed it????
also i got a bsod while trying to get in safe mode

Sounds like you have hard disk errors. Use http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/666-advanced-boot-options.html to select Repair Your Computer and get to the http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/668-system-recovery-options.html. Then select the command prompt. Do the following:

chkdsk /r c:
chkdsk /r d:
chkdsk /r e:
chkdsk /r f:​

.etc until you get the message that the volume could not be found. For any drives that do not give the message:
"Windows has checked the file system and found no problems"
run chkdsk again as above.

I realize you may only have one disk show up in Windows explorer, but you may have more than one disk through recovery options. This is because the system creates a hidden boot partition (which will be C: in recovery), you may have a recovery partition for your PC that is hidden (which will be D: in recovery), and you will have your primary Windows partition (which may be E: in recovery). A custom PC will likely have at least C: and D: to scan.

The /r will not erase any files. If you continue to have problems with the disk after this, it may be a sign the drive is failing and you should run the manufacturer's diagnostics for the drive.

Yeah, that was what I meant by the volume could not be found. There is usually a D:, but I think I deleted the system volume on my desktop, and it still works fine with just a C: drive. Nothing to worry about there.

How old is the drive? If it is less than a year old, I would contact Western Digital and see if it needs to be RMA'd. Otherwise, if it is over a year old, keep an eye on how the disk behaves for 4-5 weeks and if problems come back, consider getting an RMA or replacing the drive if it is no longer under warranty. Also, backup important files now regardless of how old it is, and continue to keep important data on the drive backed up elsewhere for the next 4-5 weeks if it is more than a year old.

That is probably because some data is stored in bad sectors. I do not know if that diagnostic utility does the same thing as disk check's recovery of bad sectors, so I do not know how much data you might lose. Unfortunately, there is not much else you can do at this point unless Windows' disk check is able to recover the bad sectors. Run http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html with both boxes checked and see if Windows can recover the sectors. You may have to run it more than once to fix all disk errors.

Does the diagnostic utility still say there are errors with the disk after Windows said there were not?

but i don't trust it because for some reason i cant do a quick test

What happens if you run the bootable version of that program? Sometimes disk diagnostics do weird things in Windows and work fine when Windows is not running.

if you are talking about the iso i won't be able to run that intill i get blank cds

You could also do the USB one if you have a USB available. If not, I wouldn't worry about the disk if Windows says it has no errors unless you start seeing odd behavior. How is the system running, otherwise?
