imagine we wanna use for each user one wallpaper / in policy /in part of display / we write this :
IP of the server system/the address of photo/% name (IP) user1/% name (IP) user2 /.........

by this we can share the photo as background of users
this is one of use of % in the windows
now i wanna knows about other use of %

What is the role for % that you are thinking about? Not aware of any special role for %.
