Only thing I would recommend is not to cut the heads off, rather try and include the whole image and just cut the bottom part if needed.
Apart from that your artwork is coming on in leaps and bounds, keep up the good work

True, some minimal fading could be used at the edge. I have to remark, that many professionals (eg. camera men) prefer cutting of the top of the hair in order to show more of the actor's face. Otherwise, nice job.

Influx: One of your sigs is for a hacking forum? Otherwise I see improvement, a sig doesn't need all badges, sys specs, brand logos, etc.
