Run stuff with 'run as admin' from 'Run' box in start menu?

I decided to unistall the Search function from windows setup so it took out indexing, as no matter what I tired it always turned itself back on and started indexing crap again (even stuff I took out of its options etc.) Very annoying. But now that I don't have the Start Menu search box (like in step 7,) I wanted to know if there was a way to run stuff with the 'run as admin' from the 'Run' box in the start menu?
Thanks,
Ick :)

HowToGeek have a guide on disabling (and therefore enabling) the Search feature, maybe you can just enable it again? Check this page for more.

Otherwise, browse to the Windows folder through explorer, right-click on CMD.exe and run as admin. :) That should work just fine.

I know how to get the 'Search' box back, I dont want that. I wanted to know if there was a command to put in front of anything I run in the 'Run' box you can add to the right side start menu to get it to run with admin privileges?

If you type in a program name like "notepad.exe" into the search/command window on the start menu then press ctrl+shift+enter, it will run with admin privs (You should get the UAC prompt)
