Hidden User accounts that are not accessable by the Administrator

Hello,
I've noticed that when I unhide the hidden files and system programs and I look at the explorer User list there are more accounts then normal. Particularly there is a Default User Account with a lock icon which I can not access. I am running under a quasi-administrative account. Should I have access. Thanks for any insight!

I have access to Default, All Users, Public, my user and another user account and the admin account. I just went in All Users and went to open a folder and it popped up a message that I currently don't have permission but with a button that would give me permission. It may have done the same thing when I entered All Users the first time. In Default User it says no permission. Is there an easy way of explaining what junctions are? If not, no worries. Thanks for your responding!

Default User is the profile used when you create a new new user account. I wouldn't mess with it unless you know what you are doing. All Users is where program icons etc that everybody sees are stored. If you put a shortcut to a program in the desktop folder under All Users everybody will see it on their desktop. If you put in the desktop folder for a specific user only that user sees it on their desktop. To see what I mean right click on All Programs in the start menu. "Open" is start menu items only your User account will see, "Open All Users" is the start menu items everybody will see.

Links in my signature cover them. Anything that denies you access out right is a junction, and its sole purpose is for computability. Now I am aware that "All Users" allows access, why this is I don't know but I think it was an oversight, slipped though the cracks as it were. But it is a junction to C:\ProgramData

I guess the best way to explain junctions. Every play the game portal? Junctions are like portals.
