BSOD's when i5 2400 running on all 4 cores.

Hello Seven forums,
I have been experiencing BSOD's (Mostly Driver_IRQL,Memory_Management) on my PC.This is the 3rd thread that i have started for this error with no avail and my hope is faltering.Pls look into this issue i do not want to buy another 300$ processor .In our country $300 is more than the yearly income of most people.So please help guys i will provide my full support.
