could not browsing but i'm connected to internet

I'm a windows 7 32 bit user.
i have problem that i can't browsing.
from what i check the default gateway have different value with the DHCP server value. please help how to fix it thank you

I fixed my computer by erasing Antivirus, I guess something was blocking me from browsing the internet, so that did it for me. Just go to add or remove programs and erase AntiVirus. Also Restore the defualt firewall
