Before we can investigate the underlying causes we need to have you udpate these drivers from as far back as 2004

Code:
btnetdrv.sys 9/21/2004 6:15:32 AM
vbtenum.sys 9/21/2004 6:18:01 AM
blueletaudio.sys 10/18/2004 11:39:23 PM
VComm.sys 10/19/2004 1:37:37 AM
BTHidMgr.sys 10/19/2004 1:40:54 AM
VcommMgr.sys 11/4/2004 11:39:07 PM
SABI.sys 5/28/2009 2:38:10 AM
iaStor.sys 6/4/2009 9:42:33 PM

How To Find Drivers:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
Driver Reference Table

OMG i have no idea what i am doing, i have googled some and it makes no sense to me whatsoever, apart from the ones in 2004 are soething to do with bluetooth, have no idea what uses this and what to do next, but if you feel the above is causing the problems of it blue screening then i will have to find someone who knows more than i do, which wont be hard, and get them to do what needs to be done as i feel i start meddling with things i dont even know what i am doing i will make things worse

Well those are drivers for things on your system and they are from way before windows was released.

Did you upgrade?

Take the first driver on the list

When googled you will find it is Related to btnetdrv.sys Bluetooth PAN Network Adapter Driver from IVT Corporation. You then go there and look to see if there is a newer driver. If not you may either have to re-install the current driver in compatibility mode, or remove it. This driver is from 2004 and cant possibly work right in a system that wasnt developed until 2009.

The next one is also Related to vbtenum.sys Bluetooth HID Enumerator from IVT Corporation. So you can get it at the same site.

Related to blueletaudio.sys Bluelet Audio Driver from IVT Corporation.

Related to VComm.sys Bluetooth Virtual COM Driver from IVT Corporation.

Related to BTHidMgr.sys BlueSoleil(c) from IVT Corporation

See the pattern?

If this machine was purchased new in 2009-2010 it really shoudn't have drivers from 2004 on it and I suspect it didnt come with bluetooth installed and enabled. Did you install BT software when you got it?

Do the same with the rest.

I purchased this laptop from argos in january 2010 and have havent installed anything other than what was on it

if its the bluetooth causing the crashing can i just not remove it from the system, or will windows 7 reinstall it again on start up?

If you arent using bluetooth you can Disable it (in device manager- we can show you how) just in case you need it in the future.

Are you still crashing? If so please upload any additional DMP files.

If you have only had 3 crashes it may not even be worth pursuing this as the fix might be worse than the crash.

It would probably be best to uninstall all Bluetooth devices. If they install again on startup, see if the system behaves normally for a few weeks first. If you have more issues, post back and we will see if they are Bluetooth related again.

I wouldn't worry about it unless you get another Bluetooth related crash. As zigzag3143 mentioned, it may be better to just leave it alone for now rather than cause other problems.
