The end of BF3???

It's not like BF2 really had much in the way of single player to begin with. It was nothing more than the exact same maps as the MP, only you played bots instead of against other people, there was zero campaign in it.

Well BF2 wasn't about a campaign at all. It was about killing shit, lol. Which was fine with me. I would have preferred BF3 to have the same concept in SP as BF2 did.

Plus I liked playing with the bots in SP in BF2 anyway. I'm no good with killing other people in multiplayer, no matter how much I try to improve. My "High Functioning Autism" really screws up my ability to play certain games. Like strategy games. I utterly suck total ass with them, but I play them anyway.

I hate hackers myself, they have no skill whatsoever. EA/Dice should fix it.

FPS's went downhill when Publishing Companies like Ubisoft started buying Dev Houses or Studios like Redstorm, etc, etc. Then, the Consoles and the new found ability to go online and the kids buying everything sight unseen was the straw that broke the camel's back.

Why would you care about the quality of your product if you are selling anything and everything you put on your shelves? Why would you even bother to listen to the naggers (that's us by the way) who scream outloud for a finished and/or good quality games... we are just the minority.

Yep, I am getting old, and with age comes some wisdom and some nagging... the wisdom not to give this asshats my money and the nagging to let them know how I feel at every possible turn.

OH and btw, I was not talking about BF3 solely but to all major Good Franchises likes Ghost Recon (turn into a Lego shootout fest by Ubi), Rainbow Six and any of the other good Tactical shooters from 10 yrs ago.

Hackers are a right royal pain in the arse man. we can spend more time dealing with knob heads on the servers than playin the game. they proppa fk it up for everyone. i cant understand wot enjoyment they get out of the game when they're usin hacks. no skillz just the hack doing all the work.
theres even a BF3 premium service coming aparently. tis no good but i still love the game

Well, tbh, people who use hacks have actual psychological issues. It's a mix between wanting to be a troll, and having no or little skills in FPS games, so they like to hack. Some of them anyway. I might suck total ass in FPS games, but I'd rather not risk my key/account being banned just because I used a hack in a multiplayer game. I'm just glad I don't have to deal with it, lol.
