BSOD kernel-power frequently occurs

I am running a 2 month old Shuttle SH67H3
OS Win 7 Home Premium 64bit

Version6.1 Service Pack (1) Build 7601
System Disk Intel 520 120 GB SSD
Data Disk WD Green 2tb

Chipset H67

Internal HD3000 Graphics
Internal Sata
Internal Realtek AC888 Audio
8 GB Ram

This does not apply to me. umpserenum.sys is not on my system. No TI hardware at all.

Ok I found it. Since this is a new installation, I just clean re-installed win 7. The fresh install came with the same version of serenum.sys. 2009. I have re-updated all drivers and I have updated system to current. I am now running Prime64 as a stress test. I will test for at least 18 hours. If I don't have any more problems, I will rule out hardware as the root cause.

On successful stress test I will re-install hardware and software one by one until fail
