BSOD 0x00000124 while playing Portal 2 and Saints Row: The Third

Hello!
BSOD 0x00000124 occurs to me only when I play Portal 2 and Saints Row: The Third (I have both games on Steam), a totally random, once in a menu or after 5min of playing, sometimes after an hour ...

configuration:
Mainboard: Asrock P57 Pro3, BIOS ver. 1.90
CPU: Intel i5-2500K CPU
RAM: Corsair 2x4GB 1600MHz
Graphic card: MSI N560GTX M2D1GD5
HDD: 1.WD1002FAEX, 2.ST3500320AS
Power supply: M12II-620Bronze
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1, Build 7600)
(I bought it in the 9th month last year)

I tried this, but nothing helped:
-I replaced the HDD, than I put a backup of Windows to another hard drive,
-graphic card borrowed from friend, (mine works well on his pc),
-tried RAM individually and in various slot,
-borrowed RAM from a friend (mine works well on his pc, he has same motherboard, processor and RAM like me)
-borrowed power supply of friends, (mine works well on his pc),
-increased processors voltage,
-turned off cpu speed step in the BIOS (not a BSOD, but the computer froze in game)
-returned the BIOS to default options,
-turned off Microsoft Security Essentials,
-deleted USB 3.0 driver, turned off in BIOS (I read on internet that there were problems with them),
-updated DirectX
-changed from 5.1 audio to stereo,
-verified via steam integrity of game cache for both games,
-new driver for graphics card,
-fresh install of Windows and only driver for graphics card
-updated the BIOS

I put in attach dump file, dxdiag and masinfo32.
If anyone has any useful information please contact me, thank you in advance!

BCCode 124 is mainly caused by defective hardware, here the cause it likely your CPU.

Run Prime 95 to test your CPU. Carefully the instructions in this tutorial: CPU - Stress Test with Prime95. Run 3 separate tests, one on each of the settings (Blend, Small FFTs, Large FFTs). Post back with your results.
Note that this test may overheat the CPU, ensure proper cooling.

Post back with your results.

Test your RAM, RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Remove/Upgrade your Acronis True Image Software, your currently installed version appears to be out of date.

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads
You can use MagicDisc as an alternative.

Remove TunUP Utilities since it could have caused certain issues at the system level.
Windows 7 doesn't require any 'TuneUp' software or 'boost-up' utilities
Run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Code:
sptd.sys fffff880`01090000 fffff880`011b6000 0x00126000 0x4ad24632 12/10/2009 00:55:14

In-place large FFT - 4h (with round off, 0 errors, 0 warnings),
Small FFT - 12h (with round off, 0 errors, 0 warnings),

Memetest 86 - 4h 30min (4 passes, 0 errors),

sfc/verifyonly - did not find any itegrity violatios,

fresh install of Windows and only driver for graphics card,
still got BSOD 0x00000124 in Portal 2 and Saints Row: The Third.

I did all 3 prime tests,
Blend - 14h (without round off, 0 errors, 0 warnings), 3h (with round off, 0 errors, 0 warnings),
In-place large FFT - 4h (with round off, 0 errors, 0 warnings),
Small FFT - 12h (with round off, 0 errors, 0 warnings),

Memetest 86 - 4h 30min (4 passes, 0 errors),

sfc/verifyonly - did not find any itegrity violatios,

fresh install of Windows and only driver for graphics card,
still got BSOD 0x00000124 in Portal 2 and Saints Row: The Third.
This is a hardware error, see this link for additional information:
