OCZ has released FW 1.37 for Vertex2 (et al.)

The release notes state that it fixed the BSOD's after retruning from an S3/S4 sleep ...

You mean that you don't have the slightest clue about SSD's with SandForce controllers having huge problems coming out of a sleep/hibernation status on several systems leaving the SSD dead (undetected in BIOS) or with unrecoverable BSOD's?
oh boy! :) where have you been? :D The HW forums have been overflowing with complaints about this, this last year! :D
Even Intel, who uses the latest SF controller in one of their new SSD's, adresses the issue by stating that they did rewrite the whole FW for the chip, which they claim "solves the problem"! ;)
