If you boot to recovery environment it lists the win7 installation that it sees. Is it listing one with (C:) at the end? So windows is on partition that is called C? Last time it was E!! Are you booting from dvd or using F8?

Yes! in recovery environment. windows 7 is listed and call c:\ partition!

i don't know what's happened. before E:\ called windows 7.

i boot with DVD Install windows home premium

yes. is that problem? i active Drive that windows is installed!
200 mb system reserved it's not active.

7B means: windows thinks it's AHCI and BIOS thinks IDE. Or the other way around. Because windows loads AHCI it must be bios.

Did you change bios settings? For example "restore to safe defaults"?

yes. i updated bios when windows not fail. but after reboot again load windows. also when i ask a friend tell me default bios and i did it

3. Set the SATA controller to "AHCI" mode. (The Interface will be different on each model. Most of them are under the "Advanced" menu or "Configuration" menu.)
4. Press the F10 key to save the new setup, and then select “Yes”.
5. Restart the computer.

It's include AHCI and IDE. also i set to IDE and Save (F10) and boot loading same error!
