Hello again Evi, thank you for the attachment!

BSOD Analyse

Graphic Driver

Your Graphic Driver has been pointed out. Let's do a clean install of your driver, without any left-over files. By that, we have a little procedure.

i) Make your way to ATI Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers
ii) Uninstall the one you currently have and all its extensions
iii) Download Driver Sweeper
iv) Get to safe mode (without network) and search for Driver Sweeper in your :orb:
v) Select all the ATI components and analyse them
vi) Clean them, head into Windows without internet and download the driver

Do not install the Catalyst Control Driver, only the Display Driver itself.

Code:
VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (116)
Attempt to reset the display driver and recover from timeout failed.
Arguments:
Arg1: fffffa80081ea4e0, Optional pointer to internal TDR recovery context (TDR_RECOVERY_CONTEXT).
Arg2: fffff880011a7768, The pointer into responsible device driver module (e.g. owner tag).
Arg3: 0000000000000000, Optional error code (NTSTATUS) of the last failed operation.
Arg4: 0000000000000002, Optional internal context dependent data.

Best Regards,
Frederik.

At step 6, am I suppose to clean then restart and go into regular windows OS without internet? Also, I downloaded the 12.7 ATI beta driver. Is this all that I need? Sorry for all the questions. I would just prefer to do this correctly and not put my system in a worse state.

Only stupid people won't ask questions.

At step 6, am I suppose to clean then restart and go into regular windows OS without internet?

That is true. The reason why we're avoiding to go online, is that Windows 7 will probably see that your Graphic Card needs the driver, and it'd install some old WHQL driver, and we'd need to start all over.

Also, I downloaded the 12.7 ATI beta driver. Is this all that I need? Sorry for all the questions. I would just prefer to do this correctly and not put my system in a worse state.

I do not recommend the BETA Drivers. Download this one.

Just ask if you have any questions. :)

Best Regards,
Frederik.

Awesome! Should I go through this procedure every time I install a driver? It's no problem just wondering if it is the best method.

For Graphic Card drivers, Ethernet Drivers and so on, I do recommend it. Left-over files can be a bit of a player to deal with.

Okay, how do you start windows without Internet? I thought that was safe mode.

When you're going from safe mode, to the normal Windows, you can either turn off the router, plug out the LAN cable if you're using LAN, configure Windows to forget the network while you're in safe mode.

Best Regards,
Frederik.

Awesome, soo when I'm installing the driver a window comes up with catalyst install manager. Do I follow through with this?

Yes, though if it's asks to install anything else than the driver itself, deny it. Try hard to only get the Display Driver.

Best Regards,
Frederik.
