How do you check your email?

Gmail for me (7353mb space and growing ).
Got rid of all pop mail.

They changed the label function. Big improvement.

Oh, and I also check with gmail app on my Nokia N95 8GB.

Outlook is to (any web)mail as Excel is to Calculator.

Yes and Yes.

I use Outlook with gmail, yahoo and other accounts. I want it all locally. If I need to check it remotely, I remote into my home pc and check it.

It washes mail very well, and you can read the mail in the app itself to check if you need to read it into your mailclient or can just delete it.

You can also set a mailclient to open if you click on a mail.

Using mailwasher you hardly need to open your mailclient.

Its also possible to bounce it.

Well for me I use Windows Live Mail because I can have all my email addy's in it, I have 4 ISP email addresses, as well as Hotmail and Gmail and then their are my RSS Feeds and all my newsgroups.

Oh and my Internet never crashes either

Hotmail for me, I have Windows live mail as well but I only have one Email adress and can't see the point in using it over the web based one, plus I find it far more convenient as I always have my browser set to open the tabs from the previous session and Hotmail is always on the first Tab and SevenForums on the second as soon as I open it.

I am always signed in as well and it only requires a refresh to see what new mail I have.

I like that analogy. Mind if I use it?

I use the hybrid though. I have a WLM account as well as other POP accounts and use Outlook with Outlook Connector to access all of them.

I do not use Outlook Connector and I can check my live.com mail with Outlook 2007. XP, Vista, Win7.

Yes you can define an account manually and check your live.com email.

Can you sync your Live mail and contacts regardless of where the WLM mail and contacts are updated/modified? I.E. from your desktop/laptop Outlook, from any desktop with internet access and from your Blackberry?

P.S. Calendar as well, but I am not as familiar with that component.


Edit: I used to walk 5 miles to school, barefoot, in the winter snow, uphill... both ways. I just choose not to do it anymore.
