Cannot find driver for my Asus built in webcam

I cannot seem to find a driver for my built-in webcam.
I tried searching the manufacturer's site but all they have is the webcam utility, not the real driver.

My notebook is an Asus G53SX.

Hardware Ids
USB\VID_1BCF&PID_2885&REV_0429&MI_00

I already visited the thread you suggested but it has no actual solution that works.
My device manager does not have Imaging Device in it.

Unfortunately, I have already tried that before.
It is an application called liteframe3.
It says "no webcam driver found" whenever I try to launch the application.

Try running it in compatibility mode for win xp service pack 2 and then 3 if that doesnt work. Liteframe 2 needs that for my asus web cam.

Try using Driver Genius. The software will search for your drivers exactly what your devices need, and it will also give you a download, so you don't have to search it on the Internet.

You don't need a third party software to find the driver, always go to the manufacturer. Have you got Driver Version V3.0.24? That appears to be the latest!

Unfortunately, I still got no success.
Driver installation always fails and says, "the install class is not present or is invalid"

I think what you need to do is upgrade your chipset and BIOS drivers. Go back to the manufacturers website and see what you can find for your model!
