I cant connect to my wireless router if I use 7600 32bit. When I type in the security key, It just says Windows is unable to connect to network.
I'm using TPLink Router
It works fine on Server2003, 7264 32bit, and 7600 64bit on the same PC.
It only works on 7600 32bit if I disable Wireless Security on the router config page.
What should I do?

what encryption are you using WEP or WPA?
if WPA is it CCMP (also called AES) or Tkip?
what wireless card do you have
and have you updated (or installed) any drivers for the WiFi card?

Maybe you have to set it manually in networkcenter.

Try it without any encryption security.

In your router go to wireless settings and set encryption to none.

Do the same on your computer and see if it connects, and go from there.

This will tell you if it is encryption to blame or the wireless isn't working.

good luck

I tried all the settings in your #4 post, no luck.

I works if I disable wireless security, but isnt it dangerous?

If I disable wireless security on my pc, will it also disable the security on the other pc's connected my network?

Well, it is only for troubleshooting purposes.

You say it works so you have ruled out a problem with the wireless itself.

Now you can setup the wpa on the router again, make notes of your settings and do it again on the computer.

Note: Make sure you look in the routers advanced wireless settings that the only allow certain computers (mac addresses) is disabled.

When the connection with wpa works, you can go there again, enter your wireless card's mac address and enable the restriction again.

To answer your question on danger.

If you are in a home situation the thing that happens most is that your neighbors go to internet through your wireless router.

They won't be able to just enter your computer without your login and pw, but a nerd might.

So yes, it is dangerous, but not if you do it for just a short time to check things out.

good luck

MAC Address Filtering is disabled.
I'm not very knowlegeable with networking. I already messed up once. I'm afraid I'll mess up again. :(

I tried a stripped down version of 7600 32bit, still no luck
