Fail to connect to internet

Whenever start up my computer I have to manually connect to the network in spite of the CONNECT AUTOMATICALLY box being checked. What could be the cause and where do I look?

I went to the site suggested and did about 5 of the recommended fixes. None helped.
I swapped my router with another one and it would not do an automatic connection either.
IO restored to a week ago when it was working. No help
I don't know what to do next. Apparently the problem is in the computer.

If you can post a screen shot of the ipconfig/all it will help me to spot other potential problems.
