Hi there,
I've had problems with my HP laptop ever since I got it with it shutting down after 2-3 hours of sleeping. Not a battery issue since it still happens while plugged into mains. Also, whenever I try to hibernate, it shuts down instead.
When I turn it on again after it shuts down (regardless of sleep or hibernation), it says (paraphrased) "Windows was not shut down correctly, please choose: Normal boot, Safe Boot, etc." I've searched google and these forums but to no avail.
Any suggestions on where to start looking for a solutions?! I'd like to avoid a re-installation if I can...
Thanks in advance!
My specs are:
W7 Pro x64
Core i5 2430M
8Gb RAM
ATI Radeon 6770M 1Gb
