Did you have a question?
It's an IPS monitor, so it's not super fast: 5ms gray to gray (or grey to grey, in the UK).
It ought to be superior to the common TN monitors in every other way, though.

I would go LED I don't know much about IPS but im sure it isn't as crisp as a LED or responds as fast the monitor you mentioned earlier was a IPS and someone mentioned it is much slower then a LED
If you are going to check out ViewSonic brand Displays for the most part they are really good clarity and response time only problem i see you having with viewsonic is what choice and size you would like honestly they are great for gaming and other odd task

LED is a backlight not an LCD panel. From ViewSonic: "The term "LED monitor" generally refers to a monitor with a LCD panel and a LED backlight." They have IPS panels with LED and so forth. And honestly IPS panels are not that slow. You won't even notice 5ms.
The monitor in the original post is an LED backlight monitor. All thin monitors are LED.

I may have given a false impression of my feelings about response time.
I'm not a gamer, so I don't know what's considered acceptable by the fast-twitch types.
My main monitor is this one:
ASUS - Display- ASUS PA246Q
(I'm a Photoshop maven wannabee.)
It's rated at 6ms g-g.

Well, maybe it's me because I'm old. But, I have 2 Asus LED monitors. One has a 5ms response rate the other has a 2ms response rate. I really can't tell any difference.
