PSU yes I honestly don't think there was a point to the test either already knowing you are under powered

you should go with atleast 550-600w PSU for good power flow and some overclocking

Yes it does fit the same spot, because it is a standard format. I would also suggest to pic a PSU that Solarstarshines recommended you.

I think it will go on well with your HD7770 and it has a singe +12V rail with 45 A on it so that is good. Somewhere else, I read that it has 86-89% efficiency and it also has the needed connectors for the card... (2x 6 pin PCI-e)

Before buying it ask if you could "buy it" , test it in your PC (explain them the problem) and if it doesn't work return it and take your money back-some stores allow that
