modern warfare 2/3 and other games laggs spikes?

Helo guys,
i got a problem with some maps.. in modernwarfare 2/3 for example Terminal.
when i start playing and i walk past some bright spots, my game just freezes for a few secconds, and my fps drops from 125 to about 44? i got this problem on exact the same spots as on mw2 and mw3 ?
i realy dont know what the problem is i updated my sound/videocard drivers but none of them seemed to actually help..
i realy hope someone could help me out, also i realised when i turn my soundcard off it seems to run smoother somehow?

okay, well here is my setup.

AMD HD7770 Ghz-Edition 1gb GDDR5
AMD FX-4170: 4X4.2GHZ
8GB DDR3-1600 (2X4GB)
Asrock N68-VS3 FX
500 GB HDD
Windows 7 home premium 64bit
600 w coolermaster psu
Phillips 23' monitor
Logitech z523 speakers.

So it's only when you walk past bright spots? Like if you went in a dark room it'd be fine?
