Just been informed I'm getting an early birthday present. My daughter told me she would get me a cat, I thought it would be nearer the time but no, she's phoned to tell me that she's been in touch with someone who is sadly having to get rid of their pets because they've been told their daughter is allergic and her condition is made worse by the pets.
Hubby is going to pick it up later, we don't have to name this one she's called Willow and is 18 months old and black. Wonder what Sooty's going to think of her.

I'll post photo's as soon as I manage to get some, she's still hiding in the back of the carrier and I'm not rushing her, she's bound to be frightened so I'll just let her get used to the new noises and smells. Sooty's been a couple of times to look in at her then gone again, she did look as if she might come out and follow him but changed her mind.

Wow she's just come out of the carrier and she is now having a good look around, trouble is she's going into all the small places and coming out covered in cobwebs.
