How to access the machine with the “administrator” user?

How to access the machine with the “administrator” user?

I couldn’t figure out how the machine can be accessed by the “administrator” of the guest user (attached).

Thank you

Yep. The first screenshot shows that the Administrator account is disabled. Enable it and set a password and you should be OK--however I would recommend adding an existing user or creating a new one and adding it to the Administrators group as a safer route.

sorry to bother you again

in my case, i just have one user who doesn't have any of the permissions (and can't give himself privileges) and thus I'm not able to apply any of these methods!

what might be the solution?

best

Screenshots in your first post show your user M is an administrator. Did you try this logged in as M? And then run Command Prompt elevated (= Run as administrator)?

Thank you Kari for the prompt answer.

At the movement, I have just one user and it has no privileges to do anything! Then how can I access the machine with the administrator user?

Sorry, this is another case!
