Theme not run all the details

Hey,

(sorry for my english)

Today i download this theme but after i launched the theme i was saw that some things doesn't work.
like you saw in the picture the folders have a glass effect,in the background of the floders need to be a pictures but instend i have a black fon

i know that i need a patch for that kind of thems, i have but in spite of this
some thing not work/

the instell was secsseful.

what can be the problem?

Are you talking about the area I have highlighted in red with a red arrow pointing to it?


If so you may need to go to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\THEME NAME folder and add a wallpaper folder with wallpapers in it, then go to the C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\THEME NAME.theme file and right click on it and go to Open with an open it with notepad scroll down to the area I have highlighted in red and you will have to add \wallpaper\WALLPAPER NAME with the .jpg or .png extension(you only need the name of one wallpaper)(be sure to save your changes) then restart your computer to see if it shows up.



I'm not sure what you're talking about in the second image you have posted.

the problom is that like in the first screenshot the background should be transparent but insted i have a black
background , in the the second is the same problem

I am sorry but I am having a very tough time understanding what your problem is.

I do not see a black background anywhere in your images, are you saying that you are using a theme that is supposed to be transparent so you can see the desktop background?

I noticed you did not even use your own screenshots that you took them off the website that you linked to that made it very difficult.

To make the background transparent you need to use one of these two apps.

That would be bitmap image #632 and 633 in the shell32.dll.



I'm not sure why the images aren't showing up on the other image that you posted you may need to ask the theme maker what's going on.

If you could upload that theme to a SkyDrive cloud storage and post the link here I will look at it.

That shell32.dll will be in C:\Windows\System32 and if you are using a 64-bit computer it will be both C:\Windows\System32 and C:\Windows\SysWOW64

I will look at that theme in a little while.

i found shell32.dll in C:\Windows\System32

Go to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\angel beats-Yui folder and do you have the following items that are in the screenshot below in that folder?


If so download and install Theme Resource Changer from here Theme Resource Changer no more dll editing.. you may have to sign up and join but that will give you the image on the left side of the control panel I'm not sure if it will give you the other images that are missing.
