BSOD Memory Management Error - On Boot and in-game (GW2)

Hi All.

As per the title, I've had several BSODs of late. I've had at least one while playing Guild Wars 2 and at least two upon boot. The last couple were cited as a 'memory management' error, which I took a mental note of.

I have two sticks of 4gb DDR 3 ram which I took from an old system to use in a new build pc I made last week. I had my suspicions that a slot on the old pc motherboard was bad, but I couldn't rule out that it wasn't one of the sticks. I ran Memtest for 8 hours straight with both sticks installed which resulted in a complete pass. I then took out the stick that I thought was reliable and tested the other for just shy of 10 hours - also a pass.

I ran driver verifier a couple of times too and it managed to force a BSOD both times rather quickly as the windows GUI started up. I'm fairly new to this tool to be honest therefore I stopped there. I wasn't exactly sure of my aim here; happy to run it again if required.

I've attached my dump files for your perusal - I look forward to any suggestions on what can be done to rectify this!

Update it, from ASRock XFast USB.

At the same time, think about removing these bloatware ...

Start Menu\Programs\ASRock Utility\ASRock eXtreme Tuner 
Start Menu\Programs\ASRock Utility\InstantBoot 
Start Menu\Programs\ASRock Utility\SmartConnect

And free up startup.

1. Click on the Start button
2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
3. Select the “Startup” tab.
4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
5. Apply > OK
6. Accept the restart.

Now you can disable the Driver Verifier. And let us know the results

Seem to have fixed the immediate issue and I've been running stable until this morning.
Had a further BSOD, therefore I will continue testing.

Hi Again,

I've upgraded to Windows 8 (clean install of a genuine copy I purchased).
The problem persists so I've attached some new files (dated 23/02/13).
