Solved Forward Hotmail email from Live Mail to Gmail.

I have been using a Hotmail email address for over 15 years, using Live Mail since it was available. I would like to forward it to my Gmail account.
How do I do that?

Go to settings, and then Accounts and Import, then Add another email address you own, and follow the simple instructions. I have all my other emails forwarded to Gmail. It makes it easy to just go to one inbox.

Finally finished.

It is normal for my 80 year brain to perform easy steps in the most difficult manner, which is what I did. I now have my Hotmail available in Gmail, thanks to you.

For full integration, you can also set the outgoing SMTP server in Gmail as your Hotmail one (and not the default Gmail outgoing server).
