You had better luck than me. My most recent build saw TWO SSD's go bad. Ordered a bunch of parts and put them together, first SSD bad......talk to Newegg, send it in and they send me a replacement.....number two is bad as well. Exchanged it for the Samsung I have now and it's been fine since. The last thing you want during a new build is about two weeks of downtime waiting on UPS while your rig sits there in pieces!
I know what you mean, Kelly. When I built my Z68 rig, I had to order 4 boards before I got one that didn't have bent CPU pins out of the box. Asus says that's not possible. Every board is inspected before shipping. I told them there were 2 possibilities. #1. You're lying. #2. You need to hire inspectors who know what a bent CPU socket pin looks like. Fortunately, I didn't buy it from Newegg. I bought it from Amazon. I went online for an RMA and was given an RMA immediately, a link to print out a pre paid shipping label and had 30 days to return it. 2 Hours later I received an email from Amazon that the replacement board had been shipped with free 2 day shipping. It can't get much better than that, as long as you buy from Amazon and not one of their vendors.

. I remember building my first rig..I was in Germany and went to the computer store (don't recall the name of it) I spoke English and they spoke German. We managed it and I was proud of my first build. I enjoyed Germany, lived in Rodenbach and would cook on the grill on weekends and exchange beers and food with the neighbors. We never spoke as I never learned German and they spoke no English, but got along great. Ein beer bitte!!
