What is the best program for a back up

Dear Forum,

I am after a program - preferably free to download so I can store some of my documents.

I would like the option of the Cloud method - I do not know how to do that exactly yet.

I also would like to know if any users could recommend a user friendly program.

Yes it is, Golden has a tutorial Google Drive

SkyDrive is similar and you get 7GB free. With Google Drive you only get 5GB.
