Please suggest a program for making DVDs

I would like to make some DVDs, of a TV series, for my 90+ year old mother-in-law. (Note that the source files have various extensions - .mp4, .avi, .mkv] When the DVD is inserted into the player, I would like a very simple menu to appear – one that shows little other that the titles of the episodes.

I tried DVD Flick, but it would crash on the desktop computer (Windows 7) and the menu was not simple. I tried DVDStyler, but it did not work properly. I just installed Wondershare DVD Creator, but again, the menu structure appears to be too complex.

Can you please offer a recommendation for a program for me to use. Thanks.

DVDStyler has always been my 'go to' for making DVDs. I use the Portable Apps build.....

As others have suggested, DVDStyler. I've made myself some cool DVDs with it and it's pretty easy to set up and use (as well as being free to download/install/use).

Nero Burning ROM 7 (from 2007) also works great as well.
