For some reason when I open up certain programs in my computer I get this problem. The programs include Adobe Premiere Pro, Office 2013 and a few other programs.

I have also done a scheduled system scan and it took hours to complete but didn't solve any errors.

My friend to me to reinstall Windows 7 but I don't want to do that. I have a lot of important stuff to keep. How do I solve this problem?

I believe that according to the screenshot I gave you about the details, it's a Windows 7 64 Bit computer. I downloaded it as a 32 bit or maybe 64 bit but I couldn't remember because I don't want to have to reinstall it and have to pay the money again.

Are there any other solutions maybe? What is %hs?

%hs is just a placeholder name, it's meant to be substituted for the program which is causing the problem.

You must have purchased a product key to activate the program when you installed it, so you shouldn't have to pay for the program again.

32-bit programs should be able to work with a 64-bit operating system, however, if there is a 64-bit version then I would recommend installing it.
