This application could not start correctly (0xc0000005)

Hello.
After a new Windows installation on my computer, trying to open many applications causes error code 0xc0000005. Only a few work such as this old version of Firefox I am using to post this thread. I've tried system restore, sfc /scannow, chkdsk /f /r and disabling DEP so far. I've tried SFC four times with restarts after each and it says it has found corrupt files that it could not fix every time. I cannot install Malwarebytes due to the error so I am unable to check for viruses. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Malwarebytes [FREE]

Download Malwarebytes [FREE] and save it to the Desktop from here => Malwarebytes.

Open an elevated command prompt:

• Click Start.
• In the search box type cmd.
• Right-click the cmd icon from the search results under Programs and select Run as administrator.
• The elevated command prompt window will now open.

Change the directory to the Desktop [cd desktop] and run the .exe file.

Download Malwarebytes [FREE] and save it to the Desktop from here => Malwarebytes.

Tried that only for the same error to appear when I try to start Malwarebytes after the setup.
