I have had a couple of BSODs (both 0x000000d1) over the past month that seem to occur when viewing videos (this time at least there were two Youtube videos on different tabs of Chrome - last time I seem to recall it was a similar scenario).
I run a dual monitor setup, using the onboard (Intel HD Graphics 4000) DVI for one and an NVIDIA GeForce GT 610 DVI for the other. I could look at switching to just the GEFORCE, but would need to get an HDMI to DVI or VGA to DVI adaptor.
Anyway, that's all the info I've got. I've attached the diag files - please let me know if you need anything else.
